Report content

1. What can be reported

Podkstr hosts its users' shows: RSS feeds, audio files, cover art and live listening. Any content that infringes your rights, copyright in particular, or that appears unlawful to you can be reported: defamation, hate speech, invasion of privacy.

2. How to report it

Send an email to abuse@podkstr.com including:

• Your full name, address, and email
• Description of the disputed content and its location (RSS feed URL, episode title)
• Reasons why the content should be removed (legal reference if possible)
• A copy of correspondence sent to the content author, or justification for inability to contact them

3. What happens next

We acknowledge every report and review the content. Manifestly unlawful content is removed promptly, and its author is told of the removal and the reasons for it. The report can also be sent to the listening platform that distributes the show, such as Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
