Internal podcast
Internal communication, onboarding, leadership updates: episodes produced by non-specialists and approved before anything goes online.

Lost messages
A three-page memo is rarely read to the end. Onboarding for new hires, leadership updates, field reports, one team introduced to the others: these messages get lost in the inbox. A twelve-minute episode is listened to on the commute and stays available months later. It still has to be produced with speakers for whom this is not the job, often spread across several sites.
Remote recording
Several participants record together, each on a separate track and on their own machine. A speaker on the road, on a hotel connection, does not degrade the session: that speaker's file comes from their computer, and the network only carries it up.
They install nothing and create no account. An invite link, sent by e-mail from the studio, is enough. For occasional participants, that is where the difference lies: a project that lasts or a project that stops at the second episode.
A round table recorded in one room on a single microphone can then be split by speaker, from the editor's bin, for one AI credit.
Approval chain
The organization places its members under four roles: owner, admin, editor, viewer. The communications team records and edits with the editor role. Publishing and scheduling a release date are reserved to the admin, and the viewer reads without changing anything.
Quotas and billing sit with the organization, on a single subscription, however many departments produce.
Release rhythm
A rendered episode is published right away or on a chosen date, which allows a series to be prepared ahead and a steady rhythm to be kept. An episode left private stays out of the feed.
Effect in the company
A format employees listen to when they have the time, produced by people for whom this is not the job, with an approval before anything goes online.
Current limit
The RSS feed is public. There is no private feed restricted to employees yet, and no authentication on the feed. Content that must not leave the company is not covered as things stand.
No history of actions is available to the organization. Listening statistics are not available yet. Roles and the number of members depend on the plan.
